Kelsea Bond is a progressive community organizer, former union member and education policy worker running for Atlanta City Council District 2. For several years, Kelsea has organized within the Atlanta labor movement, alongside reproductive justice groups, and other progressive community organizations to fight for an affordable Atlanta that works for working people.

Why We’re Endorsing:

Kelsea is running on a a bold, people-first platform centered on affordable housing, expanding public transit, and a Green New Deal for Atlanta. A committed labor organizer, Kelsea has fought to legalize public sector bargaining in Georgia and helped bring labor solidarity to Atlanta Pride for the first time. With over a decade living in District 2 and deep roots in Midtown, Kelsea is ready to fight for an Atlanta that works for the 99%.
