Joseph has been a resident of Lilburn for the past 5 years, working behind the scenes often in local government. Joseph Payne is the founder and CEO of VASSIC LLC, a Telecommunication and IT consultancy company in Atlanta, Georgia. He has spent over 20 years with GTE and Verizon as a senior technician, engineer, branch manager, and corporate accounts manager and is passionate about emerging technologies. Joseph is an impassioned speaker and also volunteers with Georgia Radio Reading Service (GRRS), reading newspapers and periodicals on the radio for visually impaired people.

Why We’re Endorsing:

Joseph is an active volunteer with multiple local non-profits, and his campaign is centered around fighting for marginalized communities in issues such as public education, parks and recreation, and small businesses. He wants to create a unified voice for the City of Lilburn.
